mCheckbook terms of use

mCheckbook is provided by MCODE, Croatia. Contact hello@mcode.hr. It is a personal manual recordkeeping tool, not a bank, payment service, investment product or financial adviser. Balances depend on the entries you provide; verify them against your statements and retain backups.

Access and subscriptions

A seven-day app preview starts automatically when you first launch the app. It does not require a payment method or start a store transaction, never renews automatically and cannot charge you. After the preview ends, creating/editing ledger records, recurring rules, CSV imports and yearly/custom report ranges requires a current Pro subscription. Reading/searching existing content, normal reports, exporting existing data, restoring your own backups, recovery and deleting personal data remain available.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions provide the same Pro authoring features. The store displays the actual localized price, total billing period, any available introductory offer and renewal terms before you confirm. Where offered at checkout, a three-day store introductory trial for eligible customers is separate from the app preview; eligibility is determined by the store. If you accept a store trial, it converts to the paid recurring subscription shown at checkout unless cancelled under the store's terms. Subscription renewal, cancellation and refunds are administered by Apple or Google. Use Manage subscription in the app or your store account settings. Deleting the app, local records or cloud account does not cancel a subscription.

Your records and backups

You retain ownership of the data you enter. Only manage information you are authorized to use. Optional cloud snapshots are not real-time synchronization. Confirm a restore before replacing local records. Protect exported files, which are not encrypted by the app, and keep independent backups. We do not guarantee that local or external storage is immune to loss or device failure.

Use and availability

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or upload unlawful content. We may maintain or change the software and connected services. Features may depend on the operating system, store and internet availability. No return, earnings or financial outcome is promised. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us about defects or account access problems.
