Tell us your app version, device/OS, what you tried and the exact error. Do not email passwords, payment-card details or an entire financial backup unless a verified support process specifically needs a minimized sample. Screenshots can expose balances and payees; redact them before sharing.

• Start: create an account with its opening balance, add income or expenses, mark cleared entries, then reconcile against a statement. The app does not connect to your bank.
• Access: the seven-day app preview starts automatically, with no card or automatic billing. Settings shows access status. Existing records/export/recovery stay available after authoring access ends.
• Restore purchases: open Settings → App access → Restore purchases using the store account that bought the subscription. Sign-in for cloud backup is optional and separate from store checkout.
• Cancel: use Manage subscription on the subscription screen or the Apple/Google subscription settings. App/account deletion does not cancel billing.
• Backup: Data → Create backup exports a JSON copy. Store it privately. Restore validates it and asks before replacing the ledger, keeping local recovery. Optional cloud backups are manually created snapshots, not continuous sync.
